Motherhood made Sharon D. Parker decide to activate the Texas real estate license she had attained and leave a lucrative 16-year career in restaurant management for a national franchise to become a successful Houston Realtor. "Six months after my son was born, I knew that I wanted to be available for my child, and a career in real estate would allow me the flexibility to set my own schedule," said Parker, who began working as a Realtor in association with Keller Williams Realty Southwest more than fifteen years ago and started taking her son to the office with her whenever possible.

After receiving the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) award since 2001 I have ranked in the top 20 of the agents in the office. I conduct training and developing sessions to help other agents and mentor numerous new agents at any given time to become their best in every aspect of real estate agent. I have increased in the sales productivity to an uncommon level and have been selected for top individual listings, top individual listing closing units. I have also ranked as one of the top 2 percent producers in the Keller Williams office for the last 20 years. To date, I have sold more than 640 homes. In the last Twenty years my sales volume has totaled more than 150 million and has sold an average of 50 homes per year.
